Tempting You With Cock Town

Hi Guys, I've neglected Screeve-Extra for two months now but I hope to change that now.

I thought I would tantalise you and let you know that I have now finished YOI Cock Town and the final episode will be uploaded this weekend. And as a special treat and in great tradition it is a double length episode so I hope the longer episode will compensate you all for the long wait.

A Birthday Update

For those who have not yet visited Screeve-Varda, today is my birthday. I have also been a very busy boy and have finally moved into my new house. It has taken nearly four months with much stress and hassle. Some Estate Agents are helpful but some are just useless and unwilling to help prospective buyers, in today's recession climate you'd think they would bend over backwards to make a sale.

Anyway, in honour of the trials and tribulations of moving house and dealing with estate agents, I have written a short story entitles, A Bit Of Slap And Tickle. It is about what happens when an estate agent turns up late for an appointment. Although the story is fiction, I was stood up by one particularly cocky agent and I suppose this story is my imagination working out how to get back at him. (I'm not sure if all my readers will know what 'slap and tickle' is, but it is our peculiar British way of saying 'a bit of how's your father', 'a bit of rumpy', 'some nookie' or to put in bluntly, SEX!)

The second update sees part two of Blind Sensations continue apace with Chapter Two. The story gets well under way and is as exciting as ever.

New Author & Ricky Update

This week we bring you another new author. Doobie Drew joins us with his first short story, Adam's Eyes Are Opened. It is the story of Adam who gets lumbered with the new boy at school but a friendship soon develops and before long, Adam gets his eyes opened. Doobie Drew says, in his disclaimer:
This is my first story so constructive feedback is welcome, and if you
don't like my story that's ok. Just keep in mind I spent a lot of time
working on this and a lot of it is close enough to the truth to make me
take any criticism very seriously.
Our second updated story sees Ricky's Blind Sensations romp ahead with part two. The story gets even more exciting, Can we possibly wait until next week for the next part!

Rogue Website Warning

It would seem that there is a new website on the block for gay stories. It looks like it's been around since April, when the domain was registered, but the problem with this website is that it trawls the internet, Nifty and other story websites to get stories and post them without the author's permission. What is even worse is that none of the stories are attributed to authors.

The website is onlygaystories.com and there are no contact details on the site, but looking at the whois record, the registrant and admin contact is Bob Davis from Arnham, Netherlands and has an email address of bdjamesalexander@gmail.com.

Nifty is recommending that authors complain to the owner and to the webhost. From the whois, the webhost is Exmasters, an adult webhost service, their email for abuse complaints is abuse@exmasters.com

So, is any of your stories appear there without your permission, and you are unhappy about it, then please do complain

Ricky's Special Update

This weekend, Ricky has been busy and has given us new chapters for his most recent series, TIC and Roll Call. Rather than make you all wait until next weekend I thought Ricky deserved a special update.

Chapter 6 of Roll Call sees Elliot showing his bruises to the coach, who takes photographs of the evidence. The story continues and leaves you waiting for the next chapter. And Chapter Seven of TIC continues Ty's story. Two new chapters of two great series.

Life Is What You Make It - Screeve Update

Our newest author, Alexander, has given us another great story. Life Is What You Make It is the story of Philip, a shy boy who has just left school and is about to start college. He wants more from life and wants to be certain that he is gay. So, Philip embarks on his first physical relationship and learns more about himself. I hope you all enjoy the story as much as I have and I hope you are all letting Alexander know.

Not to be overshadowed is Ricky and the final chapter of the first part of Blind Sensations. A great series about Miles and Charlie. I have been gripped by their antics from the very beginning and cannot wait for the second part to begin.

New Author & Screeve Update

This week's update sees quite a bit of new stuff. Firstly, I hope you will all join me in welcoming Alexander to the Screeve fold. He submitted his story, Tanta, to me a little over a week ago and once I read it I knew I had to host it and bring it to all our readers. Alexander is a great writer so enjoy and send him your comments on his story.

Taran Geary has also been busy and I bring you two of his latest offerings. Matt & Olly is a great story of what two young lads get up to when they are locked in after working a night shift at a local store. And The Cedars Of Lebanon is a short vignette about two people who meet in a park. And in a first for Screeve, this vignette is illustrated with a photograph. I have also incuded it here, at the end of this post, to whet your appetites.

This week also sees two fantastic series continue. Ricky's Blind Sensations and Jim Cook's A Life Well Lived are riveting and like all of you, I hate waiting for the next chapters.

Screeve Updated

Sorry for the somewhat lack of updates recently. I'm in the process of moving to my own place and the bank is giving me the right runaround. Plus April saw the end of the tax year here in the UK and drawing up accounts for all and sundry is certainly taking up a lot of my spare time and I'm still not finished. But enough excuses.

I have updated Screeve with the full ten, short, parts of This Life Of Brian. So if you missed it on Screeve-Extra then you can read it all here. I have also added another chapter of Jim Cook's autobiography, A Life Well Lived, this chapter is called Holiday On Ice. Finally we have another chapter of Ricky's Blind Sensations.

Please enjoy.
